Murphy & Company recognizes that all information and data obtained by Murphy & Company from each client under a signed agreement or in connection with the performance of services under an agreement, including, without limitation, information relating to each client’s consumers is confidential. Murphy & Company shall treat all Confidential Information as confidential and shall maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information during the term of any client agreement and for a period of two (2) years following the termination of any agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Murphy & Company shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any third person without the prior written approval of its client, and Murphy & Company shall not use any Confidential Information without prior written approval from its client.

Murphy & Company values the confidentiality of its clients’ consumer data used for our personalized direct mail programs. We use GLB-compliant printers and manage the transfer of data files only through encryption-protected channels.

Murphy & Company will never disclose, collect or resell any personal information.
