Opt In Contact Database Services
The new requirements put in place by the changes to Reg E will cause a flurry of communication between you and your customers/members. Murphy & Company has teamed up with ClickRSVP to offer their "RED-e" contact database management engine to streamline this process for your financial institution.
Murphy & Company can assist you in managing:
- Outbound Opt In solicitation via e-mail
- Outbound Opt In solicitation via direct mail
- Consumer responses to both e-mail and direct mail
- The acknowledgement from your financial institution to the consumer upon receipt of response
The RED-e process begins with your financial institution creating a database of consumer account you wish to contact in a secure online environment. Each record includes a consumer's e-mail and USPS address, and is loaded into the RED-e database.
With your database in place, the RED-e system will reach out to your targeted consumers by e-mail or direct mail. RED-e offers an FI-branded, web-based microsite for gathering responses from consumers. The call to action, in the form of either a link within an e-mail or a personalized web address (PURL) in a direct mail piece, will direct the consumer to your microsite to indicate their opt-in preference.
Finally, RED-e can generate acknowledgement for responses either in e-mail or printed form.
The reporting system within RED-e will allow you to monitor the progress of your communication campaign, and supports subsequent e-mail and direct mail campaigns.
When the time is right, data from RED-e can be prepared for upload into your core banking system so account profiles are properly marked for overdraft services.
