Guaranty Bank acquired Hometown Bank and needed assistance with their merger. We created a tri-fold Welcome Mailer and a 16-page 8.5”x11” Welcome Booklet. These products outlined what to expect during the upcoming merger and what was changing. Each of these items were mailed to current, new and acquiredcustomers of Guaranty Bank.



Farmers & Merchants was a bank that purchased Integrity State Bank and needed assistance from Murphy & Company to make this merger as smooth as possible. To help this transition, they purchased a tri-fold Welcome letter, 16-page Compliance Welcome Booklet, and two short animated videos.



Falcon National Bank acquired Community Pride Bank and State Bank of Richmond and needed assistance with their merger. We created two tri-fold Welcome Mailers which outlines what to expect during the upcoming merger and what was changing. They were mailed to current, new and acquired customers of Falcon National Bank.
We partnered with Volunteer Bank to support their digital banking transition by deploying our Conversion Series videos across their social media channels. These assets were designed to proactively communicate platform changes, guide users through new features, and reduce friction during the rollout. By meeting account holders where they already engage, the campaign helped drive awareness, confidence, and smoother adoption during a critical moment of change.



We developed a suite of educational video content for Gulf Coast Bank and Trust designed specifically to support small business users in navigating key digital banking tools. These learning materials were strategically structured for placement within their resource center, ensuring easy access at the point of need and reinforcing ongoing engagement beyond initial onboarding. By aligning content topics with common user questions and feature adoption gaps, the library serves as a scalable extension of their support and marketing efforts.
